By Metro:
The Paris subway system is one of the most efficient and densest in the world, it has 16 lines on which trains travel all day at intervals of a few minutes, from 5am to 0:30 on weekdays and 1:30 am on weekends.
General it is easy to get around by metro, watch still at peak (7-9h / 18h-20h).
A single ticket costs 1.70 euros, it is cheaper to buy a book of ten tickets for 12.70 euros. A ticket is valid 1:30, it can borrow subway, RER, bus or tram, by cons you can transfer between the metro and RER, and between the bus and the tram.
Tickets daily, weekly, or monthly are also available. The price varies depending on the area, the cheapest of these tickets is the ticket for a day called Mobilis, it is valid for zones 1-2 and costs 6.40 euros.
By bus:
